Getting into Bhutan

We have two ways in which one can enter to Bhutan, either by Drukair (Bhutans national airlines) or Tashi Air Private Limited via Paro which have services to and from Bankok, Delhi, Kathmandu and Dhaka or overland through Phuentsholing, the town in southern Bhutan adjoining Indian state of West Bengal, these entry is more convenient if one would wish to tour Sikkim and Darjeeling before entering Bhutan. One can also exit from the south east of Bhutan (Samdrup Jongkhar) bordering Assam without taking the same route from Paro for the flights to your next destinations.

Entry by Land

You can enter into Bhutan from any of the three entry points: Samdrup Jongkhar (southeast Bhutan), Gelephu (south Bhutan), and Phuentsholing (southwest Bhutan). Entering Bhutan by land via these entries needs to carry 02 copies of passport size photographs and handover it to our representative on arrival.
