Tariff

For a group of three people or more the minimum daily rate is (The rates are applicable per tourist per night halt in Bhutan)

• US$ 250 per person per night for the months of March, April, May, September, October and November.
• US$ 200 per person per night for the months of January, February, June, July, August and December.
• Groups of two or less shall be subject to a additional charges, over and above the minimum daily rates applicable as follows:

Individuals:  US $ 40 per night.

2 Persons: US $ 30 per person per night

Discounts

A} WEF 01/07/2009, the government has revoked the 25% discount on Diplomatic Visas.

B} There shall be no charge for children up to the age of 5 years. However, those between the ages of 06-12 accompanied by elders/guardians shall be given 50% discount on daily rates and 100% discount on Royalty.

C} Full time students below the age of 25years holding valid identity cards from their academic institutions shall also be given a 25% discount on daily rates.

D} A discount of 50% on daily rates shall be given to one member in a group of 11 to 15 people. 100% discount shall be given to one member in a group exceeding 16 persons.

E} 50% discount on Royalty shall be provided after the 08^th night and 100% discount on royalty shall be provided after the 14^th night.

F} Visitors availing discounts under section A, B and C shall not be eligible for discount under E.

Cancellations Policies:

• Tour and Trek: No refund if cancelled 30days or less before arrival date.
• Airfare:  – 100% refund if cancelled 30days or more from travel date.

  – 50% between 30 – last 10days from travel date of issue.

  – Administration fee of USD 25 applicable per cancellation.

• US $ 10 or equivalent local currency for every date change
• No name change permitted once booking is made on the same PNR
• US$ 25 or equivalent local currency for every spelling correction of name.

Delayed Arrivals:

There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks. The tourists must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.

*INR (Indian Rupees) denominations of 500 and 1000 are not accepted in Bhutan.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Entire tour payment must be settled at least six weeks prior to date of arrival in Bhutan and visa is cleared by government subject to advance payment only. It is advisable to remit payment for Druk Air flights 3 months in advance or at the time of booking. This will help us to obtain confirmed seats on the requested flights.

Payment must be sent through wire transfer. Unfortunately there is no credit card facility in Bhutan for tour Payments. We will provide full information on remittance of tour payment when you are ready to make the payment. If you are unfamiliar with wire transfer, please visit your bank in person with the transfer details and they will be able to assist in making the payment. Our service are confirmed subject to advance payment only.
